Return & Exchange Policy
At Anchored by Grace Boutique, our goal is for you to love every piece you order. We understand that sometimes that doesn't always work out, so please review our full return policy below.
Please look over your order as soon as you get it in you hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, please contact customer service within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent the incorrect items or missing items from your order, please contact customer service as as possible so we can get that sorted out for you!
Exchanges
We have a limited number of each trendy style featured on the site and, because of this, we can't guarantee an exact exchange. You can ship the item back and we will email you a store credit which you can use to purchase a different size if it is still in stock or anything else you like!!!
Return Policy
There are certain rules that must be followed so that we can help you out!
- RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY!! No refunds will be issued
- Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return or exchange.
- All returns/exchanges must be returned within 30 days of the date we ship out your order.
- Items must be unwashed, unworn, and have the original Anchored by Grace Boutique tag. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, pet hair, or smell of smoke or perfume, your return WILL NOT be accepted. The item will be returned to you at an additional shipping charge.
- Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box (please do not use the shoe box as the exterior return packaging).
- Shipping is non-refundable unless there was a mistake on our end.
- Store credit expires 1 year after being issued.
Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received.
